As you might have guessed, my name is John Scott.

Professionally

Professionally I am an Internet Marketing Consultant. Or, I was. I don’t do a lot of client work these days, being occupied with my own projects.

My time is largely consumed by running the V7 Network. The V7 Network is a webmaster portal or sorts. We have a hugely popular Webmaster Forum, a Technology Blog, an SEO Blog, a Scripts Directory and Web Host Directory.

Oh, and a very popular Web Directory, probably one of the highest trafficked web directories on the Internet. It has an affiliate program, by the way, so if you’re interested in making some easy cash, go sign up.

We also run offer web design and web hosting and professional SEO services.

In the Internet marketing area, I’ve enjoyed quite a bit of success (dumb luck) and have even enjoyed the occasional mention in the Wall Street Journal, Washington Post and USA Today.

Personally

I live in Sangenjaya, Tokyo. I was raised in Japan, and it’s home to me.

I have kids in Japan and the US. I love my kids. They are the reason I live.

Personality-wise, I tend to happy-go-lucky. Must be due to my good fortune.
